Busamed Gateway Private Hospital Visiting Hours

Family support is vital to the recovery of patients, which is why family and visitors are welcome throughout extended hospital visiting hours.

Morning visiting
10:00 – 13:00

Afternoon visiting
15:00 – 20:00

As adequate rest is also a vital part of the recovery process we request that the rest time from 13:00 – 15:00 is respected and that only two people visit at a time.

If you are not feeling well we ask that you please refrain from visiting patients in the hospital. You are welcome to send a message of support to the patient via our message form on the website.

As infection prevention is very important to our patients, you will be requested to disinfect your hands on entering the hospital and before you visit patients.

Please discuss visiting opportunities for children under 12 with the Unit Manager of the ward, so that an appropriate arrangement can be made.

As our patients’ health is our primary concern, we may on occasions amend or restrict visiting based on individuals requirements and their condition.

In light of the above please note that ICU 1 and ICU 2 do have restricted visiting times. 11:00 – 12:00, 15:00 – 16:00 and 19:00 – 20:00

Before visiting patients in ICU we recommend that you call the ward to confirm the visiting needs of the person concerned. We ask that you plan your visits for a few days after surgery so that the patient can have adequate rest and time to begin their recovery.

You can also send a message of support via our website.
