Responsibilities:
Ensure customers receive the best service
Improve online rating through superb services to customers
Manage day to day costs without compromising quality
Train and ensure that staff are well positioned to serve customers
Manage cleanness and maintenance of the hotel
Market and promote the hotels to ensure revenue growth
Maintain food menu and quality severed to customers
Provide weekly operational report to the CEO
Follow up on invoices and billing
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Business Management or Human Resources
Not less than 2 years of work experience in the hotel industry is preferred
Proficient in Ms Office and Gmail
Great presentational skills
Owns a car - must have a valid driver's license
