Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing initiatives that would grow our customer base in all our focus countries throughout the region. Their goal is to build Xiaomi into a mainstream consumer brand through a defined, creative, and cost-effective strategy.

Responsibilities
    Responsible for all marketing functions across the region, including digital, ATL,BTL and more, via Xiaomi’s own platforms as well as third-party channels
     Work closely with the Xiaomi global marketing team, operators, distributors, and partners to plan and execute all marketing initiatives
    Develop strategic and tactical marketing plans in line with the company’s goals and approach
    Develop Xiaomi as a positive consumer brand with mass appeal, both online and offline
    Formulate, evaluate, and negotiate strong and innovative marketing partnerships and advertising opportunities
    Build and manage our fan community by crafting and running effective online campaigns
    Lead market research to develop an in-depth understanding of our customers and competitors

Required Experience
    Bachelors’ degree required
    A minimum of 3 years’ experience in brand building in the digital and/or telecom industry
    Experience in B2C marketing, offline advertising, product management, and start-ups will be a big advantage
    Strong sense of design, aesthetics, and writing style
    Entrepreneurial spirit and willing to think out of the box
    Outgoing, likable, presentable, humble, and naturally capable of easily interacting with others
    Ability to work remotely and effectively in a remote and independent environment
    Past experience working with multicultural teams is a plus
    Language requirement: English
