Description
    We require a person to manage our work force and conduct him/herself in a friendly and professional manner to fulfill all relevant paperwork and administrative requirements where applicable as a Human resources manager.
    The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in any region in Tanzania and must have worked for a construction company before.
    Responsibilities involved include;
    Work closely with other managers, providing guidance and support on the full range of HR activities.
    Responsibility for maintaining up-to-date HR policies and practice to comply with best practice and legislation.
    Producing contract documents, contract changes, job descriptions and other employee relevant documentation.
    Support recruitment process as required.
    Developing HR planning strategies, which consider short, medium and long-term people requirements
    Ensuring a consistent, fair and legally compliant approach to people management.
    Maintaining professional knowledge in respect of employment law and ensuring legal compliance with prevailing legislation.
    Managing compliance and advising on matters of employment law and liaise with external legal advisors where necessary.
    Build credible working relationships with employees and managers; answering queries and providing support when appropriate.
    Work with managers to effectively resolve employee issues, ensuring compliance with appropriate HR policies and procedures.
    Responsibility for maintaining up-to-date HR policies and practice to comply with best practice and legislation.
    Producing contract documents, contract changes, job descriptions and other employee relevant documentation.

Position: Civil Engineer/Site Agent

Description
    Supervising, Managing and Leading road construction projects.
    The ideal candidate should be flexible to work in any region in Tanzania.
    Responsibilities involved include;
    Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations and risk management.
    Managing, supervising and visiting sites to advice on engineering issues.
    Overseeing junior staff and mentoring throughout the project process.
    Communicating with colleagues, subcontractors, consultants and clients
    Thinking creatively and logically to resolve design and project development problems.
    Managing budgets and other project resources.
    Review and approve project drawings, using CAD
    Attending meetings to discuss projects issues and safety on all work assignments
    Ensuring a project runs smoothly and completed on time and within the budget
    Correcting any project deficiencies that affect production, quality and safety requirements before final evaluation and project reviews.
    Frequent site visits, leadership skills and a creative approach to solve site problems.
    Significant skills required are technical competence, strong numeracy and IT skills, excellent communication and team working skills, ability to work to budgets and deadlines, knowledge of relevant legislation.
